About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Data and Third Party Risk Sales team at Moody's Corporation. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the Corporate & Advisory Sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Lead the sales process from beginning to end, identifying and qualifying prospects, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Strategy to promote product quality improvements and drive business growth.
  • Manage the full lifecycle sales process, including prospecting new clients and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Work with the Partnership & Alliance team to expand Moody's market footprint and help define strategy and map business processes related to Master Data Management.
  • Conduct enterprise-level data analysis and integration work, and participate in data source identification and functional design for MDM related deals.
  • Assist senior sales management with sales strategy development and implementation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in corporates, consulting, or advisory related to MDM.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of master data management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles to successful conclusions.
  • Strong prospecting and new business development experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior executives both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%).
  • Industry affiliation and leadership roles are a plus.
