Key Responsibilities- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services to support clients in their recovery and return to work
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and develop tailored rehabilitation programs to address these barriers
- Provide support for clients to help restore their functional performance and achieve a successful outcome and return to work
- Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders to provide viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $100,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus
