Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Document Controller to be responsible for maintaining efficient control of project-related documents and records to ensure that all work is done from up-to-date revisions/versions and all evidence is appropriately filed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Document Control and Documentation Management Plan
  • Ensure accurate uploading and distribution of project-related documents, records, and correspondence
  • Auditing, monitoring, and self-checking of project document control and records management activities
  • Contribute to the development of control checks and document control procedures, ensure they are followed and report any issues
  • Ensure that Team Binder is being used as the primary system for communication and document management
  • Ensure all new revisions of drawings and documents replicated in and appropriately distributed in Team Binder

Requirements

  • Previous experience ideally in a Document Controller role, ideally in Construction, however not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
