Role Overview

Retail Prodigy Group is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience in our Canberra store.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain operational excellence, ensuring efficient store operations and high-quality customer service
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
