Job Title: Student Experience Coordinator

Student Experience Coordinators are a key part of our team, responsible for driving an outstanding student experience. Reporting to the Student Life and Wellbeing Manager, you'll design and deliver engaging programs that support student transition and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating meaningful opportunities for students to connect, grow, and succeed in their studies.
  • Coordinating and delivering events, activities, and student programs that celebrate diversity and inclusion.
  • Leading student intervention strategies that maintain student retention and compliance requirements.
  • Using innovative communication and digital tools to engage with students from pre-arrival through to alumni.
  • Supervising and mentoring Student Services Officers and Student Ambassadors.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, student-centred experience.
