We are seeking an experienced Mathematics/Science Teacher to join our Cobblebank campus in 2025. This full-time ongoing position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to shaping the educational landscape of our students.

Job Overview

  • To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, focusing on mathematics and science subjects.
  • To foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
  • To collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver curriculum programs that align with the Australian Curriculum and state standards.
  • To assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification, with a focus on mathematics and science.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching mathematics and science subjects in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using technology to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A strong commitment to Catholic education and its values.
