We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Expert to join our team in Caringbah, Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong ability to understand complex business needs and develop practical solutions.

As a Business Solutions Expert, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design and implement business solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also be responsible for leading configuration, testing and deployment of solutions, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting as necessary.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from clients and analyze complex business needs
  • Design and implement business solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead configuration, testing and deployment of solutions
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting as necessary
  • Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure alignment on project deliverables and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement
  • Familiarity with data mapping, process modelling and basic SQL or data querying is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
