Hospitality Team Member

Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Food Services Assistant to assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly. This role involves delivering, serving and collecting all patient food requirements and meal trays.
- Assist with general cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils including dish and pot washing as required
- Act as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team by promoting a professional and positive culture
- Provide high standard of customer service
- Operate in line with workplace health and safety policy & procedures
- Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly
- Deliver and serve patient food requirements
- Collect meal trays and maintain a clean environment
- Participate in the maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Collaborate with other teams to provide high-quality customer service
- Fitness to perform duties of the role
- Authority to work in Australia
- Demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
- Experience in Hospitality (desirable)
- Food Handler Certificate or Certificate III in Hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Commitment to service excellence
- Strong communication and customer skills
