Team Lawyer Job Description

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis for an experienced Solicitor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Admitted Solicitor entitled to a current practicing certificate;
  • Post qualification experience in at least two areas of law, including Court of Protection Welfare Applications, Ordinary Residence Disputes, Section 21A Challenges, and Advocacy;
Requirements:
  • Qualification as an Admitted Solicitor or equivalent;
  • Experience in multiple areas of law;
