Overview: This role is an opportunity to lead a team of health professionals in delivering high-quality care and support to consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and oversight, assisting in embedding a positive employee culture, and ensuring compliance with consumer file and clinical documentation management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Care Partners and Clinical Stream Team Leaders.
- Assist in embedding a positive employee culture that respects individuals, supports change, and encourages continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with consumer file and clinical documentation management processes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification.
- Experience working in an aged, health or community setting.
- Current motor vehicle driver's licence.
- National Police Certificate obtained within the last three (3) months.
- Working with Vulnerable People card.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Change Management in a complex environment.
- An understanding of risk management principles, workplace health and safety and continuous quality improvement processes and their application in the workplace.
- High level of relationship, team building and communication skills.
- A high level of understanding for Clinical Assessment, Care Coordination and Service delivery functions.
