Graduate Workplace Physiotherapist Role
As a graduate workplace physiotherapist, you will work hands-on with our partners to provide tailored and dynamic programs designed to improve the health of their people - fast.
Our graduate program provides you with the skills and behaviours necessary to become a high-performing physiotherapist as quickly as possible.
What You Will Receive
You will have an experienced mentor and structured training program tailored towards your goals. This includes access to our team of highly experienced workplace physiotherapists and leaders, additional qualifications & training, a training allowance, and training leave.
You will also receive proactive feedback and goal-setting advice through structured meetings and assessments. Additionally, opportunities to work on operational projects to build your skill set outside of clinical work will be provided.

Background Required Skills
Some skills and areas of experience that would make you successful in this role include a passion for evidence-based, hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapy. An ability to build rapport through exceptional service and communication is also important.
Sound clinical reasoning is required to support in producing win/win outcomes for workers and partners. A desire to travel regularly for work (we have partners all over Australia and NZ) is also beneficial. Finally, a hunger for growth, innovation and continuous learning is essential.
