Nurse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior nurse manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality care to our residents in a residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver person-centred care
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
Your Responsibilities
  • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
