Job Title

A Medical Devices Assembler is required to work in a production environment assembling medical devices to the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

Assemble Perfusion Tubing System (PTS) Packs to meet regulatory compliance for the manufacture of medical devices. Complete allocated work to ensure production plans are executed according to schedule. Segregate and control assembled jobs to prevent mix-ups.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble medical device sets as per drawing instructions to the highest quality of product and compliance to all standards and regulations.
  • Complete daily volumes and adhere to production schedules.
  • Compliance with quality system documentation and ensure documentation and procedures are used as required.
  • Support the Team Leader by participating in process reviews, training needs identification and preventive/corrective actions.
  • Maintain area cleanliness and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure in-process and finished products are labeled, identified and segregated in Production.
  • Assist with training when requested and manage spoilage within target limits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to have good communication skills and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
