Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at H.B. Fuller. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment and processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate mixers, prepare raw materials and packaging, and unload, pack, and label products in accordance with process instructions and procedures.
  • Quality Control: Verify and document process figures and results, ensuring compliance with quality and operating procedures.
  • Product Testing: Conduct initial testing and release of products, ensuring no deviations from specifications.
  • Visual Inspection: Ensure the perfect visual appearance of finished products meets H.B. Fuller's standard quality level.
  • Packaging and Labeling: Package final products according to instructions and ensure standard quality level.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain machinery and work areas in a clean and proper condition.
  • Training and Development: Responsible for own training documentation and implementation of company EHS policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report any deviations from safety instructions to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Production Operator is an advantage.
  • Skills: Ability to read and understand work orders, production process, safety regulations, and quality procedures and instructions.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Forklift license is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work in shifts is necessary.
