The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent, and hold current certifications in CPR/First Aid and Australian Federal Police Clearance.

In addition, they will have a reliable vehicle, comprehensive insurance, and a smartphone with internet access.
