Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification, valid working rights in Australia, and a police check. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this rewarding role, you will assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, and social activities. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, helping clients to stay connected with their community and maintain their mental and physical well-being.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • A police check (valid within the last 3 years)
  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Own vehicle/licence
  • Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
