Service Delivery Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end cybersecurity projects to achieve objectives, scope, and deliverables within timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to align goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring effective delivery and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting for internal use.
  • Oversee project quality, implementing reviews and controls to meet industry standards and best practices.
  • Present updates, reports, and project plans internally and externally with accuracy and clarity.
  • Manage team availability, utilisation, and billable targets, reporting regularly to the head of service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on emerging threats, technologies, and project methodologies.
