Assistant Property Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and operations-focused professional to support our short-term lettings as an Assistant Property Manager.

About the Role
  • Support the Guest Services team to provide exceptional experiences for short-term guests and residents.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
  • Coordinate bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure property standards are upheld.
  • Assist in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Manage inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Ensure all operations align with luxury service standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
  • A strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
