Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Day Cancer Centre team at The Royal Children's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young people with cancer.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive, safe, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with cancer, in accordance with RCH and Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, as evidenced in a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record or Professional Practice Portfolio.
