Within our dynamic mental health environment, we are seeking an Administration Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support our community sites.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working within our Mental Health Department, where you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties, including data entry, patient bookings, registrations, computer operations, fire warden responsibilities, training staff, and supporting mental health teams.

You will need to be flexible and able to work across all three community sites, using your own vehicle when required. Kilometres travelled can be claimed as a tax deduction or reimbursement.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and build relationships across the organisation.
  • Manage confidential information and handle challenging situations with empathy and discretion.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, expanding your skills and knowledge base.
  • Exercise initiative and discretion, acting as a change agent in a fast-paced environment.
