Visual Merchandiser Role Summary

The role of Visual Merchandiser is crucial for enhancing the in-store brand experience by ensuring clear product navigation and a seamless customer journey.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and customising global visual merchandising guidelines to suit local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and implement creative visual merchandising elements.
  • Execute eye-catching visual displays that lead customers through the store and for promotional events.
  • Provide ticketing for spa artwork, promotional artwork, campaign price ticketing.
  • Create, print and deliver grid wall panel, category header, step display.
  • Print and distribute tickets or strutted cards.
  • Work with marketing to deliver ticketing for department stores and national pharmacies.
  • Drive consistency of visual presentation by coaching and training store teams and district managers.
  • Monitor competitors and conduct analysis of lifestyle, demographics and design trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Visual Merchandiser, you should have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Visual Merchandising or similar roles.
  • Awareness of latest luxury retail and cosmetics trends.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work innovatively and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisation, ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task and deliver projects on time.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office.
