Job Description:

A crucial role exists for a Visual Display Specialist to enhance the in-store brand experience by adapting and implementing global visual merchandising guidelines tailored to local markets. This dynamic position combines Sydney-based work with remote days, offering a unique balance of office and home time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Adapt and implement global creative visual merchandising elements to resonate with local consumers.
  • Develop visually appealing displays that guide customers through stores and elevate promotional events.
  • Provide accurate ticketing for spa artwork, promotional materials, and campaign pricing.
  • Create, print, and deliver grid wall panels, category headers, and step displays.
  • Distribute tickets and strutted cards as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver ticketing solutions for department stores and national pharmacies.
  • Foster consistency in visual presentation by coaching store teams and district managers during periodic visits.
  • Stay informed about competitors' trends, demographics, and design trends.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or similar roles.
  • Awareness of luxury retail and cosmetics trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Suite.
