About the Job- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and identify root causes to prevent downtime.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to reduce the risk of breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan.
- Install, modify, and upgrade equipment as required to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with other Maintenance Fitters and the production team to address any mechanical issues that may impact production.

- Trade qualification in Fitting, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, ideally within the food manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
