Job Title:

Field Service Technician

Description:

As a skilled tradesperson, you will perform on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of food processing machinery. You will provide expert technical support, maintenance, and repairs to customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with clients, product division, and sales team to provide technical liaison services. This role requires hands-on mechanical service work, assembling electronic components, and collaborating with the team to meet customer demand and repair components.

Key responsibilities include maintaining quality control, adhering to safety protocols, and assisting supervisors. You will also be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services, as well as cabling, diagnosing faults, and setting up premises.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in various environments, including oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing, and to learn from experienced team members and gain exposure to AV technologies.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in Electrician and/or Fitter & Turner
  • 2-3 years experience servicing industrial machinery, strong mechanical aptitude
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Qualified Electrician with ITS experience; driver's license required
