Support Worker Role

We are excited to offer a rewarding role for Support Workers in our Children Services team.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized support to children and young people who face various challenges. Your care and dedication will have a profound impact on their lives.

  • Provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and confidence
  • Develop and implement tailored plans for social interaction, skill development, and daily living skills
  • Record and report case notes, administer tasks, and document incidents in a timely manner

A competitive remuneration package includes:

  • Base hourly rate of $34.58 to $37.73
  • Casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award
  • Superannuation (12%)
  • Allowance for First Aid certification compliance (pro-rata)
