Job Overview

Our company is seeking a talented Infrastructure Security Specialist to shape the culture and practices of modern software development.

This strategic role involves driving secure innovation at scale, influencing architecture decisions, and championing a security-first mindset across teams.

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI pipelines, security controls, monitoring solutions and supporting software deployments.
  • Ensure all software products are secure, reliable, and compliant with client requirements.
  • Leverage experience in virtual environments, containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, and security automation.
  • Mentor teams of engineers, ensuring the adoption of DevSecOps best practices and principles.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), artifact repositories (e.g., JFrog Artifactory), and container security best practices.
  • Competent scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems, networking concepts, and security principles.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic tack.
