Service Advisor Job Description

As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in running our service department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in day-to-day tasks and manage the service team's efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and manage the service team
  • Schedule bookings and manage technician time allocation
  • Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and colleagues
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the motor trade industry is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Punctuality and high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-presented and proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Friendly and genuine demeanor
  • Diligent work ethic and understanding of workshop efficiencies
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Driven for success and motivated by achieving targets
  • Ability to maintain and comply with company standards and procedures
  • Current police clearance or willingness to obtain one
