About the Role


We are seeking a qualified/licenced Electrician in Hobart to work in the Fire Protection industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Surveying customer premises and recommending fire protection and safety systems and equipment
  2. Installing and identifying, testing, servicing, and repairing fire protection and safety systems and equipment

About You


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working as an Electrical Technician, ideally in the Fire industry
  2. Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
  3. Current Electrical Licence or FPAS Accreditation is preferred
  4. Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry is advantageous
  5. Current driver's licence
  6. Able to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check
  7. A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment is preferred
  8. A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are ideal, but not mandatory
  9. Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base
  10. Ability to work an on-call roster
