Senior Network Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing routing, switching, and firewalls, as well as security design and contributing to larger project designs and deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documents and technical proposals
  • Provide technical consulting expertise to organisations
  • Conduct site visits and provide on-site support as required
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience and required knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree, TAFE IT Certificate IV+ or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Associate Level Technical industry/vendor certification (Active)
  • Knowledge/experience in a second area from the primary area of technical specialisation
  • Experienced in creating Detailed Design/High-Level Design (HLD)/Low-Level Design Documents
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred
  • Experience in the design, deployment, and support of Operational Technology/Industrial Networks
  • Experience in reviewing and analysing existing IT/OT environments, systems, and infrastructure
  • Experience in reading and interpreting infrastructure and engineering diagrams and extrapolating system requirements and technical queries
