We are currently seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to spearhead the implementation of process automation solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation, leveraging expertise in Blue Prism and Power Automate platforms.
  • Develop and maintain advanced automation solutions to streamline business workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design automation solutions that meet those needs.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including process flows, testing procedures, and deployment guidelines.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technologies, including Blue Prism and Power Automate.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues to resolve system performance problems.
  • Design and develop informative reports and dashboards to track automation solution performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing and enhancing business processes using automation tools.
  • Possession of certification in Blue Prism and Power Automate.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing automation solutions using Blue Prism and Power Automate platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions to automate business processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
