We're seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Professional to join our leadership team. This pivotal role involves organizing mechanical maintenance services for long-term success.

This position is accountable for mechanical maintenance in the Plant, supporting a maintenance team to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operation of mechanical infrastructure.

The position will require proactive, innovative clear thinking while including management and other departments to achieve these maintenance targets in line with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Predictive and Preventative Maintenance: Develop and deliver predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, shutdown scopes, and life cycle plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintenance Management: Manage facilities and service providers to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely maintenance outcomes.
  • Plant Reliability: Drive plant reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life to lower production costs.
  • Governance and Risk Management: Provide effective governance, communication, and risk management to support operational targets.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A proven commitment to health, safety, and environmental outcomes.
  • Maintenance management experience in heavy industry.
  • Strong project, change management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, sharing best practices across sites.
