Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage the delivery of complex commercial and industrial projects in South East Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive outcomes through structured planning and decisive action.

  • Lead site operations from commencement through to completion on large-scale projects.
  • Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to deliver program milestones.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and progress to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site staff and emerging supervisors.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior project manager on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
  • Proven ability to manage programs, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to building a safe, high-performance work environment.
