Mimco Store Manager Opportunity

As a Store Manager at Mimco, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a high-performing retail team. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, profit, and productivity while ensuring the achievement of all business targets.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing retail, hospitality, or similar businesses.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Team Performance: Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
