This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team as a highly skilled professional. You will play a key role in providing realistic and real-world command chain actions and reactions for synthetic events, assisting with the training of personnel to achieve maritime warfare training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate blue-force and/or red-force interactor functions and demonstrate proficiency in ADF tactics, doctrine and procedures, anti-submarine warfare (ASW) tactics and procedures, anti-air warfare (AAW) tactics and procedures, anti-surface (ASuW) warfare tactics and procedures, electronic warfare (EW) tactics and procedures, air space management, naval gunfire support and joint fire missions.
  • Coordinate and execute synthetic training events.
  • Contribute to exercise related pre and post-event documentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum Security Clearance of NV1 is required.
  • The ability to work unsupervised, assist in the delivery of structured training programs, display personal and professional skills and build sound stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes, problem-solving skills, and eligibility to access ITAR information.
