Geotechnical Engineer Role:

  • We seek a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in VIC.

  • You will have the opportunity to work on projects like urban infrastructure development and environmental studies.

  • You will be exposed to industry leaders, collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines, and develop your skills and knowledge in geotechnical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage site investigations to deliver geotechnical investigative reports.

  • Undertake geotechnical analysis in areas such as slope stability, pavement designs, foundations, and retaining walls.

  • Contribute to the delivery of projects, ensuring work outputs are of a high technical standard.

  • Assist with interpretation and analysis of data to develop and implement practical and commercial solutions.

  • Manage key projects from start to finish in line with project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering with completion of geotechnical electives and/or major as part of your university studies.

  • Interest in field geotechnical investigations including logging and supervision of geotechnical drilling activities.

  • Demonstrated passion for working in the geotechnical engineering discipline.

About You:

  • You'll need a degree in Civil Engineering with exposure to geotechnical discipline.

  • Passion for learning and problem-solving.

  • Eligible to work in Australia.

  • Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years of experience.

  • Hold a valid driver's licence.
