Job Title: APS6 Case Manager

About the Role

This position involves undertaking end-to-end case management activities, working on complex matters and assisting in effectively resolving these issues. You will obtain necessary information and advice, prepare documents detailing resolution options and attend case conferences, conciliations and hearings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and colleagues, providing empathy where required.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, utilising strong communication skills both written and verbal.
