Physiotherapist Opportunity

As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the independence and wellbeing of older Australians. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in your community.

About this role

This role involves delivering evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Postgraduate experience working with various aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy

  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
