About The Role

Take the next step in your career with this senior role, where your clinical expertise and independent practice will be highly valued. In this position, you'll lead the delivery of advanced physiotherapy services, champion patient advocacy, and provide guidance within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior staff, supporting their professional growth while ensuring high standards of care. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you'll coordinate care across sites and contribute to seamless service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist ready to influence care at a higher level while supporting both patients and colleagues.

About You

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong professional and therapeutic relationships. You will bring extensive clinical experience in your field, with the ability to design and implement care plans for patients with complex clinical needs. Specialist knowledge in intensive care and cardiothoracic physiotherapy is essential, along with advanced clinical reasoning and sound professional judgment when managing novel, complex, or critical cases.

The ideal applicant will also have a strong record of clinical leadership, including supervising and supporting staff, students, and technical teams. You will be confident in leading and managing services, using problem-solving and a multidisciplinary approach to coordinate high-quality patient care. Experience in service redesign to meet demand and community need will be highly regarded, along with a commitment to developing others and contributing to the growth of the service.
