We are seeking a Marketing Engagement Manager to develop, manage and execute marketing programs that drive continuous client engagement, retention, advocacy and growth.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with marketing, product, customer success, sales, service and support teams to deliver on business objectives through innovative marketing engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer insights and experience in designing and delivering marketing engagement initiatives across online/offline channels. They will also have knowledge of marketing automation, advocacy platforms, product communities, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global and local strategies to drive growth, engagement and retention of existing clients
- Build brand credibility through continual development and promotion of reviews, case studies, testimonials and loyalty programs
- Build an online customer community forum that drives strong customer engagement and advocacy
- Ensure effective communication of the product, value proposition and customer benefit to existing clients
- Design and implement measurement systems that actively measure, optimize and communicate the performance of marketing initiatives against business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 7+ years' experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
- Track record in designing and delivering marketing engagement initiatives across online/offline channels
- Marketing automation experience (preferably HubSpot)
- Knowledge of advocacy platforms, product communities, and social media
- Understanding of SaaS and/or HR/Payroll technologies highly regarded
- Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear business benefits
- Analytical thinker with strong communication skills
