About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Audiometrist to join our team as a Joint Venture Partner. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own business while benefiting from the support of our global network.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Joint Venture Partner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audiology services to our patients, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality audiology services to patients, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and tinnitus management.
  • Manage and develop your own business, including marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Collaborate with our support team to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
  • Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
