Security Engineering Team Lead

,Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading a team focused on vulnerability management, ensuring processes are integrated, automated, scalable, and risk-informed. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vulnerability management, experience with security tooling such as Qualys, Tenable, Wiz, and familiarity with cloud platforms, containerisation, and related security concerns.

,Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • People leadership, demonstrating honesty and integrity.
  • Coaching and mentoring, utilising software delivery, technical experience and expertise.
  • Strong domain expertise in vulnerability management, including operating or leading a vulnerability management program at scale, in a cloud-native or SaaS environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority and align security priorities with business needs.
  • Familiarity with security tooling and integration into CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
