">We are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, drive leads, and nurture client relationships.
">Key Responsibilities:- Design engaging email templates, craft compelling copy, and optimize for open and click-through rates.
- Segment email lists to ensure personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Write, proofread, and research content tailored to diverse audiences.

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Cert IV in disability, community services, employment services, or a related field.
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtain.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience.
- 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation.
- Experience with dynamic content and audience segmentation.
- Experience in email marketing campaigns across a range of detailed audiences.
- Photography and Videography skills.
