We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Coordinator to manage the team at a service and ensure the delivery of quality care. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with children, families, school personnel and colleagues.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure a high-quality service that complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Manage employees at the service, including performance management and professional development.
- Lead recruitment activities for the service.
- Collate documentation required for reporting purposes.
- Maximise financial resources and monitor program budget.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Extensive skills and knowledge in Out of School Hours Care, including experience with My Time, Our Place framework.
- Current first aid certificate in an education and care setting.
- Ability to contribute to policy development.
- Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children and young people.
