About the Role

Join Royal Freemasons Ltd as an experienced Aged Care Professional to deliver exceptional lifestyle services and support to residents in our Residential Aged Care Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored lifestyle programs that promote engagement, social interaction, and overall well-being of residents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Provide accurate documentation to enable ACFI submissions and meet legislative requirements.
  • Engage with local community groups, schools, and businesses to enhance residents' choice in lifestyle and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle & Leisure) or equivalent. You will also have at least one year's experience in a similar role within the Health Care or Aged Care environment, with exposure to residents with Dementia.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality aged care services and promoting resident-centered care.
