Job Title: Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional who shares our values and is passionate about risk management:

  • Possession of, or progress towards a tertiary qualification in business, commerce or other related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of risk management, business continuity and internal audit functions.
  • Knowledge of legislation, standards and better practice principles in relation to risk management, business continuity and internal audit.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships across the organisations and work collaboratively to achieve program outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing reports and organisational communications.
  • Experience in developing and facilitating engagement activities which build capability in risk management.

You will be implementing, monitoring, and enhancing risk management activities at the City. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing risk management strategies, promoting a risk-aware culture, and ensuring our business continuity plans are robust.
