Job Title: Network Service Coordinator

The company requires an experienced Network Service Coordinator to work within their NOC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to phone calls and email requests received in the NOC by Incident logging, troubleshooting and restoring service.
  • Elevate issues to Tier 2 as needed, as well as set customer expectations for follow-up.
  • Work within our ticketing system to create detailed work logs and improve technical documentation as part of our continual improvement process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any Network/Subscriber related problems.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must have customer service experience and very strong communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a police check.
  • Must have access to a car to commute to work at early morning or late evening.
  • Ability to follow a rotating roster outlined above.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Technical background/understanding.
  • Understands basic security concepts.

This is an ongoing requirement with a 12-month initial contract. The successful candidate will be based in Burwood East and will be required to work a 24/7 rotating roster – 12 hour shifts, commencing at early morning or late evening.
