About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscaper to take on a leadership position in our team. As a key figure, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of diverse projects ranging from large-scale construction to small domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and utilize extensive knowledge in both hard and soft landscaping techniques to drive project success.
  • Deliver tasks with precision and efficiency, leveraging your strong landscaping experience to achieve exceptional results.
  • Analyze and interpret detailed landscape plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster collaboration with your team, fellow trades, and subcontractors to promote a cohesive work environment.
  • Able to accurately complete take-offs from site plans for material ordering purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Maintain relevant qualifications as a Landscaper and demonstrate a proven track record of successful project completion across domestic and commercial projects.
  • Hold a valid Victorian driver's license.
  • Obtain a Working With Children check or have the ability to do so in a timely manner.
  • Be physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge and adherence to site safety practices.
