Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Project Administrator. This permanent part-time role (20 hours per week) offers flexibility and can be performed from Melbourne, Adelaide, or Sydney offices.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administration support to the Head of Project Management (HoPM). You will also manage PM @Work Site and Central PM Function internal teamspace site, including maintenance, updates, redesigns, and refreshes.

You will own the PM JIRA Service Desk, conducting maintenance, updates, and monitoring timely actioning of requests. Additionally, you will coordinate the PM Engagement Plan, contributing to its formation, coordinating logistics, engaging with stakeholders/presenters, and managing closure of actions.

You will issue communications from the Central PM Function mailbox and maintain the PM Community Master List and associated Distribution Lists, based on new hires/transfers/departures, and engage with PM BPs as appropriate.


Main Responsibilities
