Job Description

We are seeking a Front of House Trainee to join our team. As a Front of House Trainee, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Stay updated on menu choices and specialties
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Be punctual, reliable, well-presented, and team-oriented
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
