Job Title: Strategic Workday Consultant

As a seasoned consultant, you will work closely with clients to maximize the value of their Workday solutions.

You will focus on delivering tailored services, including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.

Additionally, you will collaborate with engagement managers to deliver services such as collaboration crews, accelerator webinars, and feature adoption tenant reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Engaging customers to quickly understand business requirements
  • Sharing broad experience with industry best practices
  • Adapting and succeeding independently in challenging situations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday configurations
  • 5+ years of IT implementation experience
  • 2+ years of software consulting experience
  • Workday certification in HCM and at least one of the following: Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning
